Punctured bicycle on a hillside desolate …

I’m getting pretty good at falling off my bike. I’m new to cyclocross but this means I can talk battle scars at the races which is an important part of socialising in the community. Another big plus is that I’m learning how to fix various parts of the bike. A bent derailleur? No problem. Crooked handlebars? Let’s get them straightened. Gears not shifting right? This is where it starts becoming rocket science – but I did it! Thank the heavens for YouTube tutorials.
Then of course there’s cleaning the bike. Urgh. It’s got to be done. The opinions on how are manyfold and products endless. This is the perfect ‘How To’ tutorial by the Global Cycling Network. With a bucket of warm soapy water, WD40, a couple of sponges and a brush it’s fun to clean your bike. Kind of. Anyway, give the tutorial a go. Even if you don’t have a bike; as a jon robert notes in the comments section: “what the hell is wrong with me that this is one of my favorite videos on youtube?  i think i’ve watched it 50 times.  it’s just so relaxing.”
